MD37 Conference Ballot
The Council of Governors has deliberated at length is search of the most effective way to inform, educate, motivate and inspire the future leadership of all Lions clubs within in the multiple district. There has been a degree of success in offering “forum like” sessions at conferences and conventions. This has been enhanced greatly by a growing number of our members participating in various Institutes over the past few years, members who are now willing and able to share skills and information gained through this process. Council has concluded that it is now time to consider making these sessions/seminars more accessible to all club leaders. They have concluded that this would best be accomplished by offering three Area Forums on an annual basis. Each Forum would be more geographically accessible, more economic to attend and tailored to the needs and interests of the region than is currently provided through the Multiple District Conference.

Approval of the following ballots would replace the current Multiple District Conference with Area Forums as described.
